Training

JCI Seinäjoki begins with so called START-training with all of its new members. This training discusses the aims and activities of JCI and our chapter. We always focus on welcoming new members so jumping on board is easy.

JCI offers its members both national and international training on for example communication, budgeting, team work, leadership, modern work life and many other themes. The biggest learning opportunities however, come from participating in the projects and management roles within the organization. The  training offered by JCI is usually free for members and some even offers official diplomas.

As a member of JCI you will get opportunities and challenges but it is your responsibility to seek them out and accept the challenge. You will take responsibility for your own self-development but you will never be alone.
